Transferring the essay focus now into the issue of discovering how the different theories from different theorists mention above explains emotion and intelligence. A virtuous way to begin is by analyzing the theories of emotion. During the early period, an academic called Ekman (1992) presented a theory describing basic emotions within human beings. The theorist conducted a study relating to emotion and how facial expressions correspond with various emotions. He claims that emotion correlates with facial expressions and its significance are universal as in evident in all cultures and sometimes do enhance the chance of survival. During the study, he acknowledged six common primary types of emotions which were happiness, surprise, sadness, fear, disgust and anger (Nairne 2008). Additionally, this theorist likely to believe that ‘making faces’ (Coon, 2006:404) does in reality instigates emotion. This tends to support ‘Facial Feedback Hypothesis’ (Coon,2007:394) which strengthens that encompassing facial demonstrations and the awareness of them is what constructs our personal emotional expressions (Coon 2006).

Due to this current Covid 19 situation we are exposed to varies kinds of new norma rules. The rules are that we need to always wear our mask, frequent hand wash, prioritize self hygiene and the most important rule is maintain self distancing.

The whole Covid 19 atmosphere has affected alot of our students especially with their school life and their learning approach. The whole world has now started using e-learning as a medium to educate learners.

However soon schools will also be open and students will also go back to schools but how is the situation going to be?? Is the situation going to be the same as how it was before Covid 19 ? Definitely the answer is not.

Hence, we teachers have to restart our learners in terms of their emotional, physical and mental balance. Our students could have been in various kinds of situations and they might need a quick or slow but surely a fun restart.

Therefore I started searching in the internet because I believe the technology has a lot to offer we teachers. As I was searching I came across a few amazing websites that provided fantastic ideas to restart or welcome our learners back. I would love to share those amazing resources with all teachers.
