Non-Directive Teaching assumes students are willing to be responsible for their own learning; depends on instructor and students willingness to open in their communication’. Hence, the teaching resources can be used to create an ‘Open Classroom’ whereby the teaching resources can assist free communication , groups works, students personal growth, students self-evaluation and self-concept.
The Synectics Model is a useful model especially in generating a meaningful and effective learning in the classroom.
The above model is something which I always try to integrate into planing my teaching lesson or even designing my materials and worksheets. However I came across a model call Callan Lesson.
