Q AND A with your target listeners.

 Let's look at what your target listeners wants to hear from you.

For Part 1 Individual Presentation

1) What is your question card and Did the speaker greet?

Make sure you greet and then You read aloud your question card.

2) What are your points?

Make sure you state your framework, my first point, my second point ,my third point [ points depends on you]

3) Have you given any elaboration for your point?

Make sure you elaborate your points

4) Have you given any examples for your point?

Make sure to provide examples for your points

[* Use the point+elaboration+example]

5) Did you sum up your speech?

Make sure you sum up your speech by restating your question card + all your points

6) Have you used any connectors while you are talking?

Make sure you use plenty of connectors as you speak .

7) Was your speech clear enough? Was the transitions easy to understand?

Make sure your speech is clear and the flow is clearly understandable. Use connectors to indicate where you are  Firstly..... To explain further.....For example.... Hence...

8) Did you answer the question asked?

Make sure your content is clear and it answers the question card given to you

9) What about the speaker's language?

Make sure you limit grammar errors... language can be simple, use idioms, suitable phrases

For Part 2 GROUP DISCUSSION

1) Did the speaker make a choice?

Make sure you clearly state the point you choose

2) Did the speaker justified the point chosen?

Make sure you choose a point and elaborate [ reasons why you choose] with examples

3) Did the speaker participated in the discussion?

Make sure you participate in the discussion

4) Was there any turn taking in the discussion?

Make sure give space for each other to speak

5) Was there a clear transition between speakers?

Make sure use connectors to indicate clear transition / turn taking between speakers

6) Was there a conclusion for the discussion?

Make sure to come to an agreement to one best point.
